Siebel 22.x - Timestamp Is Not Displayed In Applet ECalendar Monthly Applet Without Employee (Doc ID 2901280.1)

Symptoms

Timestamp display on  eCalendar Monthly Applet Without Employee (Class : CSSSWEFrameActHICalGrid ) fails in Siebel 22.x as per below screenshot

 

In IP15 it works fine as below screenshot

 

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1.Login to Siebel call center application
2.Goto sitemap > Account > Calendar which takes to  eCalendar Monthly Applet Without Employee applet and Account Monthly Calendar View
3.Follow the steps as mentioned by logging to siebel tools or webtools

     To customize how calendars display timestamps
4.Add Applet user property -Enable Monthly Time Display
5.Deliver the changes
6.Timestamp is not show for monthly view
