Symptoms

Siebel Cloud Manager Deploy Fails at DB Creation with error 400-Invalid Parameter when using DBCS Database option.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Siebel Cloud Manager deploy Siebel in DBCS Database option
2. Provide following values for DBCS in payload:

  "database": {
  "db_type":"DBCS_VM",
  "dbcs_vm":{
  "data_storage_size_in_gbs": "1024",
  "db_home_admin_password":"<password>",
  "shape":"VM.Standard2.4",
  "availability_domain":"1"
  }
