Symptoms
When attempting to deliver the Integration workspace that gets created while update to 22.8, tools crash
When tried to deliver the same int_siebel_update to Main by using WebTools, getting the below error:

Issue is reproduced:
1. Apply 22.8 patch
2. Performed Repository Upgrade and PostInstallDB Successful.
3. Delivered dev_sadmin_siebel_22_8/2 to int_siebel_update
4. Issue while delivering the int_siebel_update/1 Workspace to MAIN/2
5. The Tools crashes while performing the Delivery.
Changes
- Upgrade to 22.8
- PostInstallDB utility was executed successfully
- Repository upgrade was executed successfully
