The Right Scroll Bar Is Missing in Execution Page of the Migration Application (Doc ID 2908145.1)

Scrollbar is not appearing right side of the migration application after applying the Siebel patch 22.8 on 22.4

In 22.4 when we navigate to last execution in the list and try to expand could able to see the vertical scroll bar at right hand side and thus able to see the tasks under it. Where as in their 22.8, not able to see the expanded execution, since
right hand side scroll bar is not visible at all. 

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Setup Siebel 22.4 and Siebel 22.8 migration application profile in SMC
2. Login to Siebel Migration application of 22.4 and 22.8
3. Create some dummy migration plans
4. Under Execution all the dummy execution plans created in the above step were available
5. Try to expand execution plan, observe that right hand side scroll bar is visible in 22.4, but not in 22.8 and later versions
