The Metafile Located Under Siebsrvr Directory Is Empty (Doc ID 2909257.1)

Symptoms

The metafile file located under siebsrvr does not get properly populated with the Gateway Registry TLSGateway information.
The file creation can be triggered by logging to srvrmgr command line utility.

In the srvrmgr.log file the information information can be obtained:

Gateway Cluster has been setup with 3 nodes, but when the primary node is shutdown it is not possible to login via Siebel Application Interface.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will at the customer's environment with the following steps:
1. Remove the metafile located under siebsrvr directory
2. Login to srvrmgr
3. The metafile is recreated but it stays empty
