Attachment Upload / Download Fails With SBL-GEN-00000 (Doc ID 2910655.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload or download attachments to / from Siebel,the following error occurs within the Object Manager log file:

eautoObjMgr_enu_*.log



STEPS
-----------------------
1. Update Siebel Application to 22.7 release.
2. Log in to the Siebel Application.
3. Attempt to upload or download an attachment.



Changes

 Siebel has been updated to 22.7 release from 21.x
