Blank IDOCs From SAP To Siebel After Upgrading SAP To Version NW750 EHP8 ECC 6 With HANA Database And Unciode (Doc ID 2912732.1)

After upgrading the 3rd party SAP version to NW750 EHP8 ECC 6 with HANA database and Unciode, the integration between SAP and Siebel stopped working.  The SAP IDOCs do contain data, but in Siebel application side, the DEBMAS05 are blank.

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Upgrade the SAP application version to NW750 EHP8 ECC 6 with HANA database and Unciode

2.  Start up the Siebel server and SAP services

3.  Use Siebel BAPIRcvr to start a task, which connects to SAP to pick up messages

4.  The BAPIRcvr log file shows that a custom Business Service 'SMS SAP Account Idoc - Maps Incr' invoke method: 'Execute' was executed on the message. However, the output shows that all the IC fields are empty, has no values:
