Symptoms
When using Siebel EIM to export service request attachment records into the EIM_SR_DTL table, EIM task completes, however, the same attachment filename is duplicated multiple times for different service request records.
The files with the same name are created sequentially in the folder, but the records do not match that name.
When running a query to could the records:
select count(*), ATT_FILE_NAME FROM EIM_SR_DTL GROUP BY ATT_FILE_NAME HAVING COUNT(*) > 1
This shows the duplication of the same name for many files.
