Symptoms

When attempting to do Rebase from Integration Workspace, the following error occurs. The error can be seen in Siebel Tools log file, siebdev.log, as well.

ERROR

SBL-DAT-00222: An error has occurred creating business component 'Seed List Of Values' used by business object 'Repository Details'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel Tools.

2. Open the Workspace Explorer.

3. Open the Integration Workspace

4. Click on Rebase.
