Siebel Migration Application Sends Error SBL-DAT-60314 Production Environment is not properly configured for Dev-to-Prod While Trying to Create a Watermark (Doc ID 2915524.1)

Symptoms

In order to execute an Incremental Runtime Repository Migration, a Watermark creation was processed, but it failed as following.

The error can be seen on the Siebel Migration Application > Connections screen and in EAIObjMgr_enu*.log file:

The issue can be reproduced by running the following the steps:
1. Log in to Siebel Migration Application. Sample url to be executed: https://<ai-hostname>:<ai-port>/siebel/migration .
2. Go to Connections, create a new connection and click on the watermark icon to create the watermark file.
3. The Watermark creation fails.
