Symptoms
toFixed() is not rounding off correctly when the last digit is 5. The behavior is not consistent.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Application.
2. Navigate to Application Administration - Business Service >> Scripts
3. Add below script.
