Mouse Click Stops Working In Base Mode List Applet With Multiple Pop-up (Doc ID 2917988.1)

After upgrading to Siebel CRM 22.5, mouse click stopped working after displaying an custom error message twice.

The issue is reproducible with the following steps:

1. Add a button to a list applet and write a raise error text on click of the button.
2. Map the list applet to a View in Base Mode
3. Click on the Button , Raise Error will popup the error message , click ok in the prompt , click the same Button to Raise the error again , click ok in the prompt.(Click on the button really needs to be more than once).
4. Try to navigate to a different record in the List Applet , notice that it doesn't allow record navigation anymore.

Upgraded to Siebel CRM 22.5 from IP2016
