Workflow Process Properties and Workflow Steps Are Missing in Vanilla Workflows after Upgrading to 22.6 and up to 22.11 (Doc ID 2921095.1)

Symptoms

After running Incremental Repository merge as part of the upgrade from IP15 to 22.6, it was observed that workflow steps and process properties are missing for some of the Modified vanilla workflows which have upgraded. Below is an example screenshot. 



STEPS:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  1. Setup Siebel IP15.18
  2. Install 22.6 Binaries and complete upgrade activities (Upgrep, IRM, UpgPhys)
  3. Login to Siebel tools
  4. Navigate to Workflow Process. Check WF Process Prop/WF Step for all vanilla workflows. 
  5. WF Process Props / WF Steps are missing for some vanilla workflows as shown in the above screenshot.
