Siebel 22.7 to 22.10 - User Preferences Dispatch Board Applet Shows Empty Fields Instead Of Displaying Default Values (Doc ID 2922966.1)

Symptoms

In Siebel application 22.7 version, when navigating to Tools -> User preferences -> Dispatch Board, the applet "User Profile Dispatch Board OUI Applet" is not displayed as expected. Instead of displaying user preferences default values, fields are empty. 

Browser console log shows error:

 

Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Login to Siebel application
  2. Select Tools -> User preferences -> Dispatch Board. This navigates to "User Profile Dispatch Board OUI Applet" applet.
  3. Notice that all the fields are empty, while expected is to display the default user preferences.
