SSSE: "Enabling Inbound Activity Filtering" should allow existing records that Categorize was added (Doc ID 2925882.1)

Siebel Server Sync - Microsoft Exchange Server - Version 17.0 [IP2017] and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When an existing record is modified with Categorize "To Do" or any other Categorize that allowing the records synchronized into Siebel. For some reason is getting ignored by PIMSI Sync.

 

For example, when creating the following record "Test 1" without Categorize as shown below. This record will not be synced to Siebel as expected behavior.

 

But if adding a Categorize "To Do" to this existing record, and trying to sync to Siebel. This record is getting ignored during the sync and it is not present on the Siebel app.

 

 

 

Step to reproduce the issue:

1. Set the parameter "EnableInboundActivityFilter" to True following the command below:
