Siebel DB SSO Application Failing To Load With Error "SBL-DAT-00254 & SBL-DAT-00546" (Doc ID 2926383.1)

Symptoms

Siebel DB SSO application is not accessible post configuring Database SSO using the document 2826764.2. While accessing Siebel DB SSO application, server busy error reported.

In OM logs below error reported:


STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Siebel 22.8 Instance configured with Database SSO by following Document: 2826764.2 & Bookshelf Guide: Configuring Single Sign-On with a Database Security Adapter

2. Applied DB SSO parameters as below:

a. Launch SMC

b. Update the Application Interface entry for the app and check "Configure for SSO":

Enter the Anon User Name : <ANON Username>

Enter the Anon Password: <ANON Password>

Enter a Trust Token

Enter a Header which holds the User details

c. Go to Administration - Server Configuration > Enterprises > Profile Configuration and set the following parameters for the DB Security Adapter:

DBSecAdpt_SingleSignOn=True

DBSecAdpt_TrustToken to match value above

DBSecAdpt_SharedDBUsername to SADMIN

DBSecAdpt_SharedDBPassword to DB Password

d. Login to DB authenticated Application, Navigate to Administration - Server Configuration > Enterprises > Component Definitions

Query for the Object Manager component

click on Parameters

query for the following two parameter: Security Adapter Mode

set the Security Adapter Mode = DBSSO

query for the following two parameter: Security Adapter Name and Security Adapter Name

set the parameters :

Security Adapter Mode (Alias=SecAdptMode)=DBSSO

Security Adapter Name (Alias=SecAdptName)=DBSecAdpt

f. Restart Siebel enterprise

g. Access DB SSO application, it is giving Server busy error
