Symptoms

When attempting to execute the workflow as rest api from Poatman to Siebel,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
HTTP Status 404 – Not Found

The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a sample workflow(for example: eSales - Save Account Shipping Address) as described in the bokkshelf: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/F26413_27/books/RestAPI/c-Workflow-Invocation-API-JSON.html#tj1027280
2. Publish it to MAIN workspace.
3. Launch the postman tool and update the following details.

URL: https://ServerName:port/siebel/v1.0/workflow/eSales - Save Account Shipping Address

HTTP Method: POST

Accept: application/json
