Symptoms

All the Task were active on siebel 22.3 but after applying siebel 22.7 patch some of the Task were inactive in Runtime S_RR_TASK Table

  1. Login to Siebel Tools
  2. Open Main Workspace
  3. Check for the Inactive tasks



Changes

When siebel 22.7 or higher patch is applied
