Product {Row_id} Appended On Product Name While Importing Product

Symptoms
When importing a Product using ADM or Workspace Project, the {Row_id} is appended on Product Name for some Products
e.g:
Original Product Name: ABC Product
After Import Product Name: ABC Product {1-A5TK}
The issue can be reproduced at customer's environment with the following steps:
1- Have a Product XML
2- Go to Administration - Product > Workspace Projects
3- Create a new record and select Menu > "Import Contents"
4- Note in the Contents applet that the Product Name has been changed to "ABC Product {1-A5TK}"
