Symptoms
Users encountered login issues to Siebel CRM application that is setup with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) SSO. The following error is reported by the users:
The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.[HH:MI:SS]
STEPS
1. Try to login to Siebel CRM application
2. The above mentioned error is returned
