Siebel Management Console Page Is Partially Loading And Is Not Functional After Applying Siebel Monthly Release (Doc ID 2930431.1)

Symptoms

Siebel Management Console (SMC) page is loading partially and is not functional after applying Siebel Monthly Release. 

The following alert message is received in SMC immediately after login:

Server error for resource: /deployments/cacheserver

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Download binaries for Siebel Monthly Release;

2. Extract all zip archives, one by one, without using the option to merge the extracted files;

3. Run setup.bat to install Siebel binaries of the new release;

4. Finish the installation;

5. Login to Siebel Management Console. Post update, SMC is not functional and the following alert message is shown: 

 

 

 

The filegroup1.jar file is missing for non-enu installation and this information is written in oraInstall<timestamp>.err log from $SES\cfgtoollogs\oui folder: 

 

Changes

 Apply Siebel Monthly Release.
