Symptoms
Record Set skipped when User tries to navigate to Next record Set using Laptop Touchpad in list Applet.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to the application
2. Navigate to any List Applet. For example, Click on Site Map > Search for "List of Values" and click on List of Values
3. Make a Note on record Count before executing Next step
4. In the list applet, Click on the Next records Icon using Laptop Touchpad
5. Notice the navigation skipped a set of records . In this case it skipped 11-20 records.
