Siebel Migration Application (SMA) Hangs When Navigating to History Tab

Symptoms
When attempting to navigate to SMA history it does not return any data, it simply hangs for about 30 seconds and a blank screen is returned.
There are more than 1800 records in the S_DP_MPTXN_HIST table.
STEPS
1. Login to SMA
2. Navigate to History
3. The screen does not get populated as described above
