AI Server siebel_1.log file For Inbound Web Service Using Anonymous Pool Does Not Show Information For [HOST/PID/TaskId], Anonymous Pool Size, Connections Used And Available (Doc ID 2933815.1)

Symptoms

When sending an Inbound Web Service request into Siebel using Anonymous Pool such as those that uses WS-Security or the eai_anon application, the AI siebel_1.log file does not capture the [HOST/PID/TaskId] information. It is also not possible to see any information on how the connection pool is used, how many connections are used versus available.


Steps to reproduce

1. Follow this KM article to configure enhanced logging on the AI server:

2. Follow the KM article to configure Inbound Web Services using Anonymous Pool connections:

          • How To Set Up Siebel Inbound Web Services Using WS-Security (Doc ID 2281704.1)

3. Use SoapUI to send an inbound request for anonymous pool connection, provide the URL and soap message header as follows:
