Siebel 22.10 Installer Hangs (Doc ID 2937037.1)

Symptoms

On : 22.10 version, Installation

When attempting to patch from 20.10 to 22.10, the following error occurs in console and Installer hangs


oracle.sysman.oii.oiic.OiicInstallAPIException: SEVERE:Values for the following variables could not be obtained from the command line or response file(s):
  UNIX_GROUP_NAME(UnixInstallGroup)
Silent install cannot continue.
