Symptoms
While calling /service API through Inbound REST API, SortSpec is not working.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Administration -->Application -->Business Service access, Please add "EAI Siebel Adapter" business service with Responsibility as "Siebel Administrator" and method as "QueryPage".
2. Now trigger the inbound request using POSTMAN
URL: https://localhost:8011/siebel/v1.0/service/EAI Siebel Adapter/QueryPage
