Symptoms

After successful asynchronous Full Migration export from a DB2 Database via Siebel Migration Application (SMA), when performing an asynchronous Full Migration Import (of the previously exported file) into an Oracle Database, import fails with error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps, as per the Siebel Bookshelf Guide - Data Migration:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Create an export only migration plan on the source enviroment.
2. Create an import only migration plan on the target environment.
3. Execute the export only migration plan on the source environment.
4. Ensure target has access to the package file generated at step 3.
5. Execute the import only migration plan on the source environment.
6. The process stops at step 7(Full Seed Import ) with error.

Changes

 Asynchronous migration between DB2 Database in source environment and Oracle Database in target environment.
