REST Oauth: How To Change the AI.jar Library For SMC REST Inbound Authentication Section? (Doc ID 2941522.1)

Last updated on MAY 10, 2023

Applies to:

Siebel CRM - Version 21.12 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Is there a way to make a change on the AI.jar library to use a new parameter defined in the SMC REST Inbound Authentication section?
The requirement is to have a way to change parameters in AI.jar.

The current integration allows to validate a service access to perform REST access  for a prospect. The requirement is to have a parameter to choose which property field returned by the URL introspection to validate against LDAP.

The AI.jar library makes a test with sub_username, user_id fields, but the Oauth server returns a valid sub_username that does not correspond with the business need. However, the Oauth server can create a custom field and the requirement is to use this custom field.
