Siebel Migration Application Login Is Failing with Error "Error in Login: 500 Internal Server Error" (Doc ID 2943040.1)

Symptoms

Siebel Migration Application login is failing with error "Error in Login: 500 Internal Server Error". As part of asynch migration, created new migration profile and deployed migration profile in RR environment by creating user "MIGUSER" in both DR & RR with same password at DB level. While trying to login to migration application with user "MIGUSER", it is failing.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Siebel 22.8 RR Instance and created user MIGUSER in database.
2. Created & Deployed migration profile as per steps provided: Migration Application - Setup & Troubleshooting - Siebel 17.x/18.x & later (Doc ID 2426502.2)
3. While trying to login migration application, it is giving 500 internal error
