Siebel LDAP Application via Proxy Server Fails to Load With Error "The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server" (Doc ID 2943799.1)

Symptoms

Siebel LDAP Application(22.8 version) configured with proxy server fails to load with proxy error.

Siebel 22.8 instance is configured with IDCS Single Sign On by following steps mentioned  in Siebel And Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) Integration, all applications are going via proxy server. Siebel SSO applications works fine. Where as after enabling LDAP without SSO for other application, it is failing with proxy error.


STEPS:
----------------------
The issue reported by following steps:

1. Siebel 22.8 Instance

2. Configure Siebel with IDCS: Siebel And Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) Integration using apache as reverse proxy server. Other applications like DB authentication also going via proxy servers.

3. SSO application is working and other applications also going via proxy server

4. Enabled LDAP without SSO for other application

5. LDAP application failing to load with proxy error
