Symptoms

SRBroker component fails every six hours  across all siebel environment ( UAT/PROD/PRE-PROD,DEV)  across the organization During the issue following error have been observed in SRBroker.log

Replication Steps :

-1. Run openssl s_client -showcerts -connect localhost <port> command on Unix server 

-2.  Verify the errors in SRBroker log for the failure
