Symptoms

Silent mode Configuration of  Siebel Enterprise in silent mode using Response file Fails in Siebel 22.8.

ERROR:
SBL-CSO-09027: Please make that only SvcName or CompType are defined for the configured object"

The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Modify the enterpriseserver.resp file to use environment specific details.
2. Configure the enterprise using response file as per silent configuration using below command
    config.bat -mode enterprise -responseFile enterpriseserver.resp -verbose -skipvalidation
3. Fails with error: "SBL-CSO-09027: Please make that only SvcName or CompType are defined for the configured object".
