Smartscript Designer Menu Options Are Not Working (Doc ID 2947282.1)

Symptoms

When using Administration - SmartScript Screen > Designer View , clicking on Designer Menu  - multiple options are available , but none of them are working.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Administration - SmartScript Screen
2. Go to Scripts View > Designer View Tab
3. Click on Designer Menu , observe options available
