ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Custom scripting code was created to
-- build an empty Integration Object (IO) with PRM ANI Utility Service, method CreateEmptyPropSet
-- set field values in that IO
-- pass it to an outbound REST proxy business service
The code produced an empty json message as seen in restoubound.log :
3. simulate the custom scripted business service created in step #2 in Site map-> Administration - Business Service -> Simulator.
4. Check restoutbound.log in the SES/Internal container and notice an empty json message was produced: converted JSON : {}
