Symptoms


When applying Siebel Update 23.4, PostInstallDBSetup fails during SeedSchemaManifest Upgrade at the step "Locking Projects for 22.1"

PostInstallDBSetup_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS.log

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Siebel 23.4 update on top of 21.12
2. Execute PostInstallDBSetup during or pos Siebel 23.4 update installation


 

 

Changes

 Installed Siebel 23.4 update on top of Siebel 22.1 update
