This Announcements describes Siebel Microsoft Drag and Drop (SODD) add-in end of support from Oracle Siebel CRM product in May 2023.
Oracle provided the Siebel Microsoft Drag and Drop (SODD) add-in to support dragging attachments from Microsoft Outlook to Siebel CRM. All major browsers now support this capability natively, so there is no need to continue to use SODD.
