Symptoms
There are no new placeholders available in the Popup Query Web Template.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom applet based on the 'Popupquery' web template.
2. Already have all the placeholders completed.
3. Need a way to add new placeholders for new controls.
