"Unable To Establish Websocket Connection" Error when Playing Test Script with DISA 23.4 using Edge Browser 114 Version

Symptoms
Getting below error in Test Automation log and also in Generated Test script HTML report when playing recorded test scripts using Edge browser with DISA 23.4 version
Log folder path : C:\DISA\DesktopIntSiebelAgent\plugins\SiebelTestAutomation\Log_xxxx_xxxx.log
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Login to Application with Edge Browser setting SWECmd=AutoOn
2)Select any generated test script or From Camcoder, click on record button
3)Go to Account screen
4)From Account List Applet, drill down on any Account
5)Stop the recording
6)Generate the test script
7)Click on Play button to play the generated Test Script
8)Unable to play the test script and can see blank edge browser page is displaying and also observed below error from Test Automation log.
SEVERE: Exception :org.openqa.selenium.remote.http.ConnectionFailedException:Unable to establish websocket connection
Note: Issue is with any test case execution with DISA 23.4 version and Edge Browser 114 version
