Is there a way to remove or override both [Override Filter Search] and [Private Filter Search] specifications when queried on Action BC

There is process that runs a query on Action Bus Comp to look for a record and standard filters and system search specification are added to the query as seen in the Component Logs :

ObjMgrSqlLog Debug 5 0000006a6480a118:0 Named search [Override Filter Search]: Override Type IS NULL

ObjMgrSqlLog Debug 5 0000006a6480a118:0  Named search [System Search]: ([Template Flag] = 'N') AND ([Opportunity Id] IS NULL OR [Opportunity Secure Flag] = 'N' or [Secure Opty Id] IS NOT NULL)

ObjMgrSqlLog Debug 5 0000006a6480a118:0  Named search [Private Filter Search]: [Private] = 'N' OR [Private] IS NULL OR [Primary Owner Id] = LoginId ()
