Accessing Siebel Client-Side Communications API (SCAPI) Sample Driver Files

Siebel Client-Side Communications API (SCAPI) supports cloud-based Contact Center integration with Siebel Call Center. The new client-side SCAPI enables customers and partners to build integration between cloud-based Contact Center applications and Siebel CRM application.
The Client-Side SCAPI is available in Siebel 23.6 and onward.
In order to help customers and partners do the initial testing and validation, we provide two sample driver files:
- Sample CTI configuration file: CTI-sample.def
- Sample driver file: cticlient.js (note: this file should be copied under \applicationcontainer_external\siebelwebroot\scripts\siebel\custom)
In case customers and partners want to have access to these two sample driver files for testing and/or demonstration purpose, they should open a Service Request and ask for the POC below:
