Symptoms

When executing the Siebel workflow process 'UCM Organization Customer Profile Integration SOAP Process' with an Upsert operation, the workflow process fails with an error message.

The following error message occurs in the UCMObjMgr_*.log file:


The behavior occurs as follows:

1. Log into Siebel Tools and make sure the "UCM Organization Customer Profile Integration SOAP Process" workflow process is active

2. Log into Siebel Client UI, business service simulator and simulate this workflow process:

Business Service:        Workflow Process Manager
Method:                     RunProcess

Process Name:            UCM Organization Customer Profile Integration SOAP Process

3. The reported error occurs when the workflow process executes the step called 'Create Ghost Location' which executes the business service 'UCM Transaction Manager', method 'SOAPExecute'
