How to have different vendor branches in the same development environment?

As per the structure of the project, the business needs to have parallel development of multiple releases, including multiple departments.
In the System Integration Test (SIT) environment also the requirement is to have parallel releases for testing. But in UAT and subsequently, to Production, only one release should be migrated.

Business requirement demands 3 branches for 3 different departments which will need to be tested individually.
Ex: May Release (INT_MAY) will have its 3 branches (INT_1, INT_2, and INT_3).
All the 3 branches will require testing before delivering to INT_MAY.
INT_MAY will be delivered to MAIN and following that it will be migrated into the production environment as part of the new release.
