Symptoms

After replacing the expiring SSL certificate in the JKS Keystore on the Application Interface (AI) HTTP 502 Error is received.  

STEPS

1. Replace the SSL certificate in the JKS Keystore certs on the AI servers that are expiring
2. Restart the AI servers
3. Try to login to the Siebel application, the above mentioned HTTP 502 error is received

Expiring SSL certificate in the JKS Keystore on the Application Interface (AI) was replaced.
