Goal

Is there any recommendation to have specific time between starting Siebel services in clustered gateway environment?

Because noticed this error "TLS Handshake To Gateway Failed Error" for few Servers/Components intermittently, when starting Siebel services in all nodes in parallel.
By keeping a timer between each Siebel server startup and the issue no longer existing.
