New Button Not Working In 5-Day Weekly Calendar (Doc ID 2960321.1)

Symptoms

New button does not work in 5-day weekly calendar view. The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login Siebel Application
2. Go to 'Tools'->'User Preferences'->'Calendar'.
3. Set 'Default Calendar' to 'Weekly' and 'Weekly Calendar View' to '5 Day Weekly'.
4. Save the change and go to 'Site Map'->'Calendar' view.
5. Click + (new record) icon. It does nothing.

 
When clicking + icon, it does nothing and the browser's console shows error below:
