Symptoms
After an upgrade from IP15 to Siebel 23.2 version the List Applet the header and the data rows are not lining up correctly. There are always a few pixels difference between them, and it is hardly visible which cell matches which column.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade Siebel from IP15 to the 23.2 version.
2. Open any view that contains list applets, e.g. Accounts.
3. Confirm the alignment of the rows is not proper.
