Unable to access the custom application.

ERROR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open Web Tools.

2. Configure custom application login page.

3. Query the Application Object.

4. Set the Login Web Page to the custom application page created in step 1.

5. Compile the changes on to the srf or deliver the workspace if the Siebel version > 17.0.

6. Try to access the custom application.

New Custom Application Object Manager was created.
