Symptoms
In Analytics, When performing Update Count for a Segment that is saved with & in Segment Name, it fails with Error. This same behavior occurs with OBIEE 11g and 12c Versions.
1. Login to OBIEE Application
2. Create a new Segment by selecting Target Level Contact
3. Give any Criteria Ex: First Name is equal to / is in A
4. Save the Segment with & in its name ex: latest&segment
5. Perform Update Count
