Symptoms

When sending inbound web service request with Contact having child Address data into Siebel UCM Workflow Process, it causes the Siebel object manager task to fail and crash.


The following callstack is generated:

 
  
3. The Siebel UCM OM task starts and runs the workflow process.

4. However, the UCM task fails with error and crashes.

Changes

Siebel application server environment was upgraded from Siebel IP13 to Siebel 20.12 version.

The same existing inbound web service calls to UCM workflows with Contact and Address data worked fine in Siebel IP13 version, but now start to crash with Siebel 20.12 version.
