The System Administration Guide 23.6 > Siebel CRM Event Publication and Subscription informs that the RepositoryUpgrade.exe utility execution is required to implement the new functionality Kafka Event Publication / Subscription, but both Release Notes 23.6 and 23.7, linked to Siebel CRM Update Guides and Release Notes (Doc ID 2382435.1) say it is not required.

There is a conflict between Siebel CRM Update Guides and Release Notes (Doc ID 2382435.1) > Release Notes 23.6 and System Administration Guide 23.6.

Is RepositoryUpgrade.exe required to implement the new feature after the installation of monthly update 23.6?
